There are absolutely no refunds on coaching sessions after the hours have been used. If you believe you did not receive adequate coaching, please contact Brendan Egan directly at the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to discuss the situation. Additionally, 48 hours advanced notice is required for the cancellation of any coaching sessions, otherwise if advanced notice is not given the amount of time booked will be subtracted from your remaining time balance. I understand that events may come up and coaching sessions may need to be adjusted, both by the instructor as well as the student, and we will try our best to accommodate these events as they occur.

Trading Courses that offer a satisfaction guarantee are valid for the first three days after the day of purchase. If you believe the course does not provide the information promised or does not do so in a satisfactory and professional manner, please utilize the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page and explain why you feel this way. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and require, in writing, the reason you are requesting a refund, the reason you believe the course is not beneficial to your trading, as well as some other source that you believe provides better material at a comparable price point.
