Arrow Trading Questions Answered In These Videos

Here are three video clips of a question and answer session that I had with Mike from SwingTradingTV. We are going to try and put one of these out every few weeks and depending on the feedback that we get we may be exploring a live webinar every few weeks as well. Let me know what you guys think and if you have any questions that you want us to answer in our next interview!

And as always you can find an updated and full list of my interviews here.

i have watched all of those interviews on swing trading tv. i think its a good idea and always look foward to your segments on there brendan. Your advice is always good and look forward to more episodes on there.

I enjoy listening to different traders stories about there journey into trading. Despite their various methods there seems to be a common pattern in every great successfull trader which they all tend to agree upon which are disipline, following rules no matter what, having a mentor and having the right pyschology. Hopefully as time goes on there are some more advanced questions answered. But understand you cant give away all your tips but thats why i am joining your site

    thanks again

    Hey Matt,
Discipline and following rules are essential to surviving. Having a mentor at least initially also is super important, and you need to find a mentor that not only can trade well but can also teach well. And lastly, psychology is key and is what I focus on when I teach newer traders. My methods are super simple to follow and learn, but what is not so easy is learning the psychological aspects of trading.

As for more advanced questions, I am always hesitant to answer them in the open such as in an interview. This is simply because I don't feel I have the right amount of time or resources to fully explain these advanced topics (in my course I had months to make sure the content is worded properly and make sure I have enough examples and graphical demonstrations) where in an interview it is much faster paced and there are no graphical representations to help you understand these topics.

Good videos Brendan, as I am nearly finished with my first year of trading I am understanding the importance of keeping it simple. I had a few too many indicators on my charts and for me it just made things confusing. My charts are not completely clean yet as I do like a couple moving averages but as you say there is information there and one should know how they can be used. Also the addition to the video in the Price action course ( 3:1 ) really looks good and had great content, I look forward to more. Good job

Thanks Tom! It took me some time to clean up my charts but its the only way I'll have it. 3.2 is updated now as well and the rest will follow soon (unfortunately it is a very long process...every one minute of video anywhere on the site or course takes me about 20-30 minutes to write, prep for, record, edit, enhance, produce, and publish). Anyways it is enjoyable and helpful to hundreds of other traders so I will keep pushing along
